Douglas M. ParkerI am a graduate of Cornell and the Cornell Law School. I served in the White House Counsel’s Office during the Watergate investigations and in the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Ford Administration. For many years, I practiced law in New York City specializing in corporate litigation and alternative dispute resolution. After retiring, I wrote an authorized biography Ogden Nash: The Life and Work of America’s Laureate of Light Verse. My wife and I now live in Ojai, California.

  1. Doug, I’m afraid that I lost contact with you over the last couple of years. Suffice it to say that a lot in my life has interfered. Before saying more, let me express my hope that you, your wife and Heather are well. Having said that, I am certain that you are horrified of the current state of affairs both internationally and, closer to home. If you are still commenting (and I certainly hope you are), kindly include me on your posts. I have always appreciated your perspective. Again, I hope this finds you well. All the best,
